An entrepreneur is a person who is passionate about what they do. Because he is a corporate leader, the following qualities are required of him:
As a Change Catalyst: An entrepreneur is a change agent who brings about good social change.
Someone who can solve problems: Because an entrepreneur is a problem solver, he embarks on a business endeavor for the benefit of people and society as a whole.
Analytical and Critical Thinking Capabilities: An entrepreneur is a thinker, a planner, and, above all, a doer and a worker.It’s all about getting things done.
As a change agent, an entrepreneur must be action-oriented and prepared to take several risks in order to achieve his objectives.
Responsibilities Acceptance: An entrepreneur must be eager to take on new challenges with zeal and perseverance.
Foresight: With entrepreneurial persuasiveness, an entrepreneur should be able to foresee the future, future problems and gains, market size, manipulate funds with financial talent, and smell error, frauds, and deficiencies with the precisions of an auditor.
Entrepreneurial Capabilities: A new business is started by an entrepreneur. Has a high level of determination and perseverance when it comes to overcoming obstacles, solving problems, and completing tasks.
Resource Allocation Capability: An entrepreneur gathers the necessary resources to capitalize on opportunities.
Extraordinary Ability: Because of his or her vision and passion, an entrepreneur achieves extraordinary results. He questions the status quo and defies the laws of physics.
Implementation Skills: Many people come up with great business ideas but never follow through, so having a good business idea does not automatically make you an entrepreneur.
